Decrypting the Debate over Encryption
Comments:
End-to-end Encryption can protect private online communication from government interception and surveillance. Is that a good thing, or must online services give governments a back-door to any encrypted data? This question is critical, since Congress is considering legislation to hold online services liable for ‘reckless’ conduct if they allow users to send and store encrypted content.
